Laura Athayde is a former lawyer turned artist. In 2013, she began creating autobiographical comic strips and publishing them online, and she hasn’t stopped since. As an award-winning comic book author and illustrator, she has collaborated with numerous national and international publications, always striving to translate reality with humor and affection. Originally from the Amazon, she currently lives with her cat and partner in southeastern Brazil, where she drinks coffee with no sugar and binges science fiction shows.
