Mercedes Campos López is a cartoonist and illustrator. She has a BA in Biology from Oberlin College and an MFA from the Center for Cartoon Studies. Her works have a broad area of interest from comedies about witches to educational science comics. She is passionate about using comics in education and science communication. She was born in Mexico and raised in Virginia, where she lives with her family, and dog.
